I don’t have a “Chris Boyack Photography” website, I’m not selling prints, I don’t even watermark my images. I like to share the beautiful things I see. I don’t ask for much, if anything, in return. The one exception is when I find an opportunity to do some good.

Sometimes the beauty I see can be destructive, as is the case with the Black Forest Fire in El Paso County, Colorado. I took this shot last night with mixed feelings as it was an incredible sight, but at the same time feeling sad for the 60+ families that had already lost homes since the fire started earlier in the day.
